The above picture has been taken recently at Kuwait, where it has been seen, that LCL cargo has been shifted by truck ex a multiport consolitation activity. The cargo is beeing dumped into the dust at an unfenced and unsecured area, where consignees had to collect their goods right from the desert, no matter whether the truck is there, or disappeared later.
